The practical side of booking me for a ceremony or cocktail hour on the Costa Blanca, in one place you can forward to your couples.
At a glance
- Based in Alicante
- No travel supplement in Alicante and the surrounding towns (San Vicente, San Juan, Mutxamel and El Campello). Beyond that, a distance supplement that is stated in the rate sheet, so there are no surprises later.
- English and Spanish
- I sing in both languages and I can run the whole booking in English by email, so your couples never need to be in Spain before the day.
- Own sound system
- A professional system suitable indoors and outdoors. All I need is one power socket; I bring my own extension leads. If the venue already has a sound system, the equipment supplement does not apply.
- Set-up and sound check
- I arrive early enough to set up and do the sound check calmly, before guests are seated.
- Rain plan
- For outdoor ceremonies I need a covered alternative for both the performance and the equipment, agreed at booking rather than in the final week. Electrical equipment cannot be set up in the open.
- New songs
- A song outside my repertoire is prepared at no extra cost with at least four weeks' notice.
- Booking
- A written quote, and the date is held with the deposit. Repertoire and timings are agreed remotely.
With your celebrant
I speak to the celebrant beforehand, usually by email, so we agree the running order and the exact cue for each piece. On the day I follow their script; if they have a preferred way of cueing me, we use theirs. Nobody has to look around wondering when the music starts.
With a planner or venue it works the same way: give me your contact details and I coordinate timings and sound directly with you, so the couple never has to relay messages between us.

What I send you
The rate sheet with clear terms, a dossier with bio, repertoire, videos and photos that you can forward to your couples, and a quick, honest answer on any date you ask about.
