What data do we collect?
Through the contact and booking form we collect the details you give us: name, email, phone number, date and place of the event, type of ceremony, number of guests and any information included in your message. Alongside the form, for security and to reply to you better, we also record the IP address and browser used to send it, and the type of link you arrived from (for example, a search or a social network). In addition, to measure the site's audience we store, in aggregate, the pages visited together with the approximate country and city, without identifying anyone personally. If you give us details of other people (whoever officiates the ceremony, the venue or the DJ), please make sure they know, so that we can contact them. If you prefer, we can talk on WhatsApp, and in that case the messages are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare and manage the booking. The legal basis is the relationship you start with your enquiry and, where applicable, the booking agreement. The technical details of the submission (IP address and browser) are processed for security, to prevent misuse of the form, and audience measurement, in aggregate and without identifying anyone, is based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used. We do not pass your data on to third parties unless required to by law.
Recipients
For the website and the form to work, some providers process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us: Vercel (website hosting), Neon (the database where enquiries are stored) and Resend (sending the form emails). In addition, the venue autocomplete in the form uses Google Maps: Google receives what you type in that field and your IP address, under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months. If there is a booking, we keep the data while the event is being prepared and, afterwards, for as long as needed to deal with any claims and to meet the legal obligations that apply.
Photos and videos of the performance
If you allow us to use photos or videos of the performance for my portfolio and social media, the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to me.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to reservas@rociohernandezirles.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD).
